Body-based practices
Body based practices cover a wide range of types and intent. Some are focused on physical fitness or bodily wellness. Some are focused on meditation. Many are a combination. Some yoga and other body-based practices have been called "meditation in motion." We have attempted to include local offerings that have some significant component of meditation.
